All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are delivered within 4-9 business days, including 1-2 business days for processing and 3-7 business days for shipping.

Delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

 2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all electric scooters unless otherwise stated.

Accessory orders may incur a small standard delivery fee, shown at checkout.

 

3. Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

 

4. Delivery and Acceptance

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If there is any visible damage, you may refuse to accept the parcel and contact us immediately at info@romania-kukirin.com.

If the parcel is accepted, any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
